A Utah Self Directed IRA LLC with Checkbook Control allows you to use your IRA and rollover 401k funds to make almost any type of investment such as real estate (including international real estate), crypto-currency, tax liens, mortgages and trust deeds, precious metals, private equity, private lending and many other alternative investments without requiring the permission of your custodian.

State filing fee: $70

Annual requirements:

The Annual Business Renewals are due every year on or before the anniversary date of the formation. The report will be mailed to your Registered Agent. The fee is $12 and there is a $10 late penalty assessed if received after the due date.
